Best Western Bordentown Inn

“We had a unique experience where there was a storm within minutes of our check in which wiped out power for 22hours! The manager, Jason, did everything he could to make everyone feel taken care of--from staying all evening and helping through providing Dunkin Donuts (from a nearby town) for "breakfast". After power came back, he personally ensured a better-than-normal breakfast for the next few mornings, and was seen on site for all day and evening to ensure everything went smoothly. The clean up from the storm was very quick and the grounds looked great. Definitely recommend this place!!!”

“I arrived at the hotel sorta of late but the front desk associate was very helpful and pleasant and suggested a restaurant that would deliver dinner at such a late night. The surroundings are clean and and well lite with cameras outside for the added security. My room was very clean and spacious. My heater worked good and was not loud. Yes its a older hotel that had many renovations that is comfortable and inviting. The dining area for breakfast was well light with a variety of food choices and hot coffee. “The pool was closed and my granddaughters we looking forward to getting in the pool. The GM Jason Frink heard me talking to another guest that was also checking in. He made a call to another nearby hotel with a pool so we can take the children. I shared my experience with a friend and they said that is what great hospitality is. I travel a lot with the military and my encounters with GM that care about the experience of the customer is rare even at higher end hotels. “Me & my two daughters stayed here & upon arrival receptionist was very pleasant. Room not only smelled cleaned but looked cleaned. Bedding so far no issues & the tv works perfectly fine. My daughters are excited about the pool because who doesn’t love going swimming in the winter!!”

“Absolutely wonderful spot in a quiet area. Rooms are nicely decorated and cozy. Cable Tv and internet. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very nice with eggs, sausage, French toast, oatmeal, cereal, variety of juices and coffee. Room was very clean. Entire place has surveillance cameras. Also has a heated indoor, inground pool. For a $100 a night it’s definitely the best bang for your buck in a 50 mile radius.”

“Nice room, quiet Bathroom situated was not good. Bathroom very small, toilet right next to shower with no space to enter shower because the shower doors which were beautiful, just positioned wrong making it very difficult to enter shower.”

“Nice hotel. Rooms are clean but the breakfast was bad from the first time we went there. That weekend was hot so when we got back we knew there was a pool and whirlpool there. What we didnt know was it was a cold whirlpool and the pool was just as cold. Overall decent place.”
